1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The book must be unused, unmarked, and in new condition.
• The book must be returned in its original packaging.
• The return/exchange must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).

2. Free Returns & Exchanges

• Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item, or if the book arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
• Customer Error or Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you’re responsible for the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

• We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
• Carefully pack the book, ideally in its original packaging, and use a trackable shipping method to prevent loss or damage.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive your return and verify the condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
• Your bank may take 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive and verify the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
